The Solar Battery Expo is an amazing display of solar battery models and informative talks by solar experts taking place at ReNew Fest, Mullumbimby Showgrounds, 10am-6pm this Saturday 18 June. We are very pleased to be working with 100 Go Solar to present a range of carefully selected, top-quality solar batteries including the Tesla Energy Powerwall, LG Chem, Enphase Lithium, Aquion saltwater batteries and SMA Storage Solutions.

Come and see the batteries, hear some great presentation at the Renewable Energy Pod Marquee and speak with experts at the Light Touch Solar & Electrical stall. We’re proud to welcome Doug Meldrum from 360Energy Australia who will be giving a presentation about the Tesla Powerwall & Other Storage Solutions in the Renewable Energy Pod marquee at 12.30pm and then again at 5.20pm. If you miss Doug’s talk, come and speak with him in person at the Light Touch Solar & Electrical Stall and at the Tesla Powerwall display.

Our Technical EngineerLight Touch Solar and Electrical, Mark Hickey will be sharing the Top 10 Tips for a Quality Solar Installation at 12.10pm in the Renewable Energy Pod marquee. Learn about some great options for those on the 60 cent feed in tariff once the Solar Bonus Scheme runs out in December.

If that wasn’t enough, get excited because the best of the best electric cars are going to be on display, come along to view the Tesla Models S & P85, the new BMW i3, plus the Nissan Leaf and Mitsubishi i-MiEV.

Electric Vehicles Tesla Model SIts such a treat for the Northern Rivers to have a showcase of renewable energy solutions such as these, all in one place and in a festival in support of Community Owned Renewable Energy Mullumbimby (COREM). The festival also showcases a range of presentations and activities on biodiversity, sustainable food, family fun and more, see the full program here.
